Preparation of Seniority list of Stenographer Grade-! as on 01.01.2018/2019 /2020/ 2021/2022- reg.

In continuation of the Directoratetes letter No. 05-05/2017-SPB-| dated

07.12.2020 followed by corrigendum dated 20.04.2022 vide which the Seniority list

of Stenographer Grade-I as on 01.01.2017 was issued. It is now proposed to

prepare the Seniority list of Stenographer Grade-I as on 01.01.2018/2019/2020/

2021/2022.

2. All Circles are; therefore, requested to furnish information to the Directorate

latest by 05.12.2022 for each year separately in the proforma enclosed with due

approval of CPMG. A soft copy (MS Word/Excel) of the same may also be sent

through e-mail (adgspn@indiapost.gov.in).
