The undersigned is directed to refer to your emails dated 20.08.2022, 30.08.2022, 07.09.2022, 12.09.2022 and 09.11.2022 regarding the grant of notional increment to the officials retired on 30" June after completing one year of service, 2. In the wake of recent orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in cases involving claims for grant of notional increment on 1" July/I" January to the Central Government employees having their date of retirement on 30 June/31* December respectively , the subject matter is under examination, in consultation with the nodal Ministries/Departments concerned.

In continuation of the Directoratetes letter No. 05-05/2017-SPB-| dated 07.12.2020 followed by corrigendum dated 20.04.2022 vide which the Seniority list of Stenographer Grade-I as on 01.01.2017 was issued. It is now proposed to prepare the Seniority list of Stenographer Grade-I as on 01.01.2018/2019/2020/ 2021/2022. 2. All Circles are; therefore, requested to furnish information to the Directorate latest by 05.12.2022 for each year separately in the proforma enclosed with due approval of CPMG. A soft copy (MS Word/Excel) of the same may also be sent through e-mail (adgspn@indiapost.gov.in).

Ravindra Bhat and Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia passed the order on November 4, while rejecting a petition filed by the State Bank of India (SBI) against the Delhi High Court order of January 13, 2020.   Appendix XIII – Payment of Pension to Postal & Telecom Pensioners   Note 1: As per GSPR 2018, no separate category of pension account will be opened from   18.12.2019 and all existing pension accounts are to be treated / converted as normal PO Savings Account, if the pensioner has no other PO Savings Single Account.   Note 2 : This procedure/provisions are applicable to BSNL/BSNL IDA pensioners also.   (1) New Pensioners: A Postal or Telecom employee about to retire and opting for the scheme will have to furnish a letter of authority and undertaking at Annexure A in favour of Postmaster concerned to receive his/her monthly pension for credit in his/her SB account to the Head of the office along with the pension papers. The letter of authority will indicate the name of the Post Office through which the pensioner wishes to draw his/her pension after retirement. It will also contain an undertaking by the pensioner that any excess payment made towards his/her pension and credit
